Q.What happens if bad weather is forecast?
A.The event will proceed in light rain but will be canceled in case of severe weather. Any cancellation announcements will be made by 12 p.m. on the day of the event via our official website and social media channels.
Q.Where can I find out if the event will happen or be cancelled?
A.It will be announced by 12 p.m. on the day of the event at the top of our official website.
Q.If the event is canceled, are there refunds?
A.If the event is canceled before it starts, refunds will be issued. However, if the event is cut short after it has begun (for sudden unforeseen reasons), no refunds will be provided.
Ticket Inquiries
Q.At what age is a ticket required?
A.Tickets are not required for preschool children if they will be sitting on a parent's lap. Please check the maximum number of people allowed per purchased seat. If you need a seat, regardless of age, a ticket must be purchased.
Access, Transportation, and Parking
Q.Is there parking available?
A.There will be no dedicated parking for the fireworks event, except for a limited number reserved for wheelchair-accessible seating. Due to the likelihood of general paid parking lots being full and anticipated traffic in the area, we recommend travel by train.
